Starting rate based on occupancy of 2-people only....
November 2007 through June 2008 ..........Starting at:
$4,000.00/month ( 1-month is 4 Consecutive weeks )
Summer Rates:
July 2008 through October 2008 ................Starting at:
$3,500.00/month ( 1-month is 4 Consecutive weeks )
NOTE: Minimum rental period is 3-months
Normal check-in: Saturday after 3:00
PM with Monthly rentals running from Saturday to Saturday.
Checkout time: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
This Boca Raton, Florida rental can accomodate a family of up to ( 4 ) people in beds or privacy for
( 2 ) couples.
Note: Rates are sligthly higher during months that contain US Holidays.
Security Deposit:
$500.00/month due in advance. Fully refundable less any excessive usage ( cleaning fees
) or damage fees.
Note: You are expected to take care and clean the home ongoing as if it was
your own. If it is not left as clean as the day you checked in there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee deducted from your Security
Deposit..
Note: We are pet friendly and will only
allow dogs if you decide to bring your family pet there will be an additional $250.00 pet Deposit.
There is a size limit per the owner of 25 LBS or less please..
Payment of Fees:
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: for the requested
time frame we require a 50% percent down payment of the rentals fees plus the full applicable deposit fee. Both
of which are due at the time when making a Reservation but no closer than ( 30 ) days prior to check-in.. If
less than 30 days prior to check-in the FULL AMOUNT WILL BE DUE..
TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION: the balance of money due must be paid
in full no later than ( 30 ) days in advance of the arrival date.
