This unit can accommodate a family of four in beds or ( 2 ) couples with privacy if so desired. Note:( Per the owners request the maximum occupancy for this rental is four people ). On site parking in the driveway directly in front of the Villa for up to two vehicles. ( Note: Motor Homes, Camper and Motor Cycles are not allowed ) Other on site amenities include, cable TV with DVD player, stereos with CD players, air conditioning, your very own fully equipped patio areas front an back of villa, all with tanning areas and back yard access off the living room and second bedroom. With this property you will also have access to the Community building with swimming pool and tennis courts, just a short walk from the rental. You will have a full size working kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, phone with local calling service and high-speed internet access. We do allow small family pets.
